lol, that chicken one is a good story.

I pay 1.36$CAN per litre for 91 octane.

1.36CAN x 3.8 = $5.168CAN per gallon.

5.168CAN x 1.05 (exchange rate) = 5.42$ canadian per gallon of 91 octane gas. it costs me 27$ to fill my 20 litre jerry can.

you guy are close, the things are to not scuff up the floor, but why? youre missing something

yes pat, you finally got it (kinda).

they are ice tires/studded tires, and I must say, they do look pretty damn good.

I will post pics of the actual tires later when im not on my laptop.

yes I have ridden in the snow. lots.

personally I dont really like it, its really really slippery/dangerous, especially at high speeds, you cant get traction no matter what you do (thats in our 2 foot deep canadian snow). its just like riding in a GIANT mud pit. its kinda fun spinning around at the start but it starts to get boring fast, also probably not too good on the bike.

80% of my crashes/ dropping my bike is due to the snow. if you wanna ride in the snow, get a skidoo, 800 or bigger

yeah, studded tires would be nice to have, I wonder how well they work. they would work perfect on ice, but not too sure about deep snow.

if I can find a way to make nice ones this winter, ill make set of studded tires, it would be worth it.

either the ones in the links above, or ones like these:

http://www.snowmobiletrails.com/moto/index.html

either way you do it, it kinda looks like a lot of work/money, im sure it would be worth it though, as long as you did em proprly.
