I have 2001 KX125 and I just changed the handlebars today. The throttle didn't seem as smooth as it was before, and after I kick start the bike it idles for a few seconds and then makes a real low tone and dies as if the fuel switch was turned off, but it wasn't. What could this be? What should I check?

I'd check the wires and connections on your kill switch.

You may have to lube the throttle cable or make an adjustment.
