your talking about two totaly diffrent machines. The yz will have almost double the power of the four stroke 250. Have you ever riddin a two stroke ? a two stroke is alot more aggressive.

The 2 stroke puts out twice the raw power. Usable and to the ground, No. But its double.

I would definitely go with the Yz250. You cant go wrong with the yz's they are sweet bikes. Ive ridden hondas all my life but you cant deny what a great bike the yzs are.

Okay: First off We don't know his riding exp and is 15 and don't know the diff between the bikes! So You don't say YEAH go get a YZ250. Secound. The YZ250 Puts out MORE then double the Raw HP then the 250f! And it puts out MORE then the 450f as well! There is a thread on this board that explaines it better then i can typing. Skip i think said it best for the displacment of cc and displacment of power. It's a fact that a 2 stroke makes more power. And in this case DOUBLE! Now back to the topic at hand, Lets find out his exp on a bike before throwing him on one that will not suit his needs or be potent dangerous no?

Good grief. A 250 2 srtoke produces TWICE the power of a 250f for its cc and displacment!!! It't a fact. That chart is for 450 and we are talking for its cc!
