weak spark, help?

hey every1, i havnt been on in a while. Ive been working on my bike recently and i have just gotten a new ignition coil with a spark plug wire, new spark plugs, and a new battery. I was hoping this would start my bike, but im only getting a weak spark. Does n e one know y? i have an alternator and its kinda rusted inside but my bike wouldnt need the alternator to start would it? i think this might be important but there is a bit of corrosion on one of the wires leading to my ign.coil. would this be the problem, and what can i do to clean it up?

might be the corrosion. if its on the connection anyway it can lead to a bad connection. you can go at it iwth a wire brush until its bare metal on bare metal and do that ~pat
