fixed my other prob but when i took i for a rip seamed like everything was perfect but went to put back in garage it was in gear pulled clutch in to roll it in and dident engage and still wont need help thanks

It wont engage with the engine off you mean? Thats just a freeplay problem. Check the freeplay at your cable, and if you cant adjust it out using your cable you may have to pull the side cover and adjust it there.

is it adjusted right? a quarters width of play in the cable at the perch? start there and if its not that post back ~pat

i dont think you have a problem. most bikes have problems being pushed in gear when the bike isnt fully warm up.

i had the flywheel cover off i tryed lifting the leaver and same thing its in gear maybe im paranoid never tryed with it running
it was hot when i came back

hmm do it when its running. and check your freeplay. bikes do this if hte cltch is not warmed up enough teh plates stick.~pat

i took the clutch apart and everything looks good. measured everything and the only thing that was out of spec was the springs, that wouldnt do that a

the way i see it. is if it was serious, is that he'd notice it when he put it in first to take off. teh bike would jump and stall. now if onyl the flywheel came off theres nothing there clutch related so if it worked before. it works now. ~pat

the ride was about 10 minuts warmed bike up befor i went

yes. the springs mean a lot, and they are the quickest wearing parts in the clutch. this is why you dont ever reuse springs. you should be fine though. you could just replace the spring or reuse them this time and just keep riding until it starts to slip. after it starts to slip then you would replace all the plates and springs, and take a look at the basket to see if it has grooves worn in it.

10 minutes isnt enough. it would take at least 10-15 minutes or maybe even 20 before the entire engine was completely warmed up.

bike ran fine. pulled away normal. comming down the drive way used kill switch with clutch in costed in down fine
with the clutch cover off i can see the presure plate going in and out but the plates and disks stay in is that normal
