How do you tighten crf 150f front forks?

You cannot without taking them apart.
The 2 easiest things that come to mind are: Stiffer fork springs, or thinker, higher weight fork oil. Adding a few CC's to the stock oil height might help also.

What do mean by tighten? Make them stiffer for bumps etc or tighten the steering head bearings so they aren't loose or flop side to side?

I haven't looked a CRF-150F up close, so I am not sure what adjustments can be made on it. You may want to check with dealer; they may be able to get stiffer springs etc for it.
Hopefulley one of the readers who has one can answer.

Skip has a 150 i beleive. do you have compression dampening adjustment screws on the fork head?

teh socket aint the dampening adjustment. thats what holds the whole front assembly on. to make them stiffer for bumps you gotta get some new springs my friend. you can adjust teh back however. and just stand up over bumps and let the rear take it. ~pat

I want to hear you explain this one pat lol. On the fork head is there S-H stamped anywhere near the socket ?

well, i cant tell you how to set it up for you perfectly as far as sag, and race sag or w/e the proes call it. on the rear shock at the top there should be some threading and two rings with little tabs on them, the bottum one is a locking ring, you need to loosen this one away from the the top one by useing a tool designed for it, or a hammer and screwdriver, placeing hte driver on one of the tabs and hitting it in the direction you want it to travel. now, once you've got room between the two rings you want to tighten the spring, so you'r going to want to lengthen it, so by hitting the top ring in the "loosen" direction it should move the ring up, and hte spring will lengthen makeing it stiffer. you'r gonna have to sort of experiment with it as i cant tell you the exact inches etc.. good luck and any more questions just ask ~pat
