Anyone know what Matt Goerke will ride in 2009 ?

He was not listed on the MDK/KTM lights team and I read the following on another web site.

(What's going on with the 450 team? I heard through the grapevine that it will be shelved for 2009, with an eye towards 2010. This means that Nick Wey is out, but we kind of knew that anyway, right? I know that KTM was talking to Kevin Windham, but I guess that didn't work out. There were also rumors of a pretty big outside-the-industry sponsor jumping on board. I applaud KTM for thinking outside the box with the look and design of the 450, and I hope it works out someday that they are a player in the MX1/450/Supercross class.)  

Everyone is switching teams this year or so it seems, this is crazy!

its because most of the guys signed basically the same contract a few years back and they are getting rid of riders and looking for new people.

as far as the riders go, its all about who wants to pay more, and i still cant figure out why monster kawasaki would let stewart go just like that, hes been on a kawi forever so i can see that this was his decision other than the money from yamaha, and i dont see why kawi wouldnt match that.

ive also heard some stuff about ktm hanging up the jersey for the 2009 season and building a stronger team for 2010 but it doesnt make sense to me because they are going to miss a whole year of racing and training just doesnt compare to that in any way  

Yeah I know its all about that good stuff, but it's just interesting how it is all happening at the same time.

what would that have anything to do about yamahas?

if he rode a husaberg and won on it, would you think that is the new best bike ever ? lol

i really dont think that he went to yamaha beacuse of the bike to tell you the truth even though he is going to say that at every press conference because its in his contract to do so.

i think that hes going to yamaha because they offered him more money, or a better contract.

think about it, hes been riding kawasakis since he started riding and has ever since, somone that committed to a bike isnt just going to change for the bike, theres more to it then just that  

Finally I found it. The rumer is not true. The new 450 KTM team is now
Jagermeister / KTM and so far Goerke is the only one on it.
