I found one in my area for sale.  Personally I think it's a steal. I'd have to ride it to see if it's running okay but it's got the Monsters Energy graphics kit, new sprockets and chain, new Dunlap rear tire and new brake pads.

I just bought a 2006 Yamaha YZ250F last week for $2000 so I'd probably be selling the KXF if I bought it. Let's say its in good shape and I buy it. I'm going to turn around and sell it so what price should I ask for it?

Yeah I was thinking I'd ask right around there. It's blue booked at $3400.  

For 2k, its almost worth it just to keep it as a practice bike.  But, assuming everything is in great working order, you could turn around and re-sell it for around 800 bucks more.

I personally would keep the YZ250F. But the KXF and then sell for a profit!

id rather be a loser than a quitter

it depends what time of year ur gonna sell it. If it's in spring, you'll get a couple hundred bucks more than in winter cause nobody's looking for a bike in winter
