I have a 98 KTM 200exc and I think it's the best bike ever made. I'm 14, 5'8 and 145 lbs. I also have a KX250. The KTM has just as much power as the KX but it's way lighter and easier to control. The power band is fairly light, you really feel it in late 3rd and 4th gear. I think it's the perfect bike all around. My dad bought it about 5 months ago and we both ride it. My dad is 6'4 and 215 lbs and it's good for him too. Who else loves this bike?

thats good to hear. i've been thinking about getting a new 200 XC in the spring but im not sure if the suspension will work for me. i ride 50/50 trails/track so what im not sure about is if the suspension would hold up on the track or not. if it wouldn't i would be getting a 144 SX or 150 SX (depending on if my dealer still has a 08 144 hanging around)

did KTM just change the name of the 144sx to 150sx but it's still the same bike? Or did they actually make some changes to it?

ktm makes pretty good bikes i got the 07 125sx and runs perfect

they did make some changes but the displacement is still the same so its mostly just seems to be a name change lol

05 KTM 125 SX

I got a 200EXC a month ago and it's realy awesome.  

Im 5'6'' and 160lbs I was riding a 300EXC and i loved the bike. Friends would tell me that it was to big for me but I just loved the way it could pull me up any hill as long as I could hang on. Then I rode An 05 200exc and
the weight difference made all the diferece in the world. The 200 still has plenty of power to pull me up hills however I csn now flip it through the woods much faster. I had my first 2nd. place finish in cross country. I just love the bike.  

Im 5'5" 110lbs and i ride a CR85 Big wheel. My dad bought a 2008 ktm 200xc. Because im fairly small and not that strong its a little hard for me to handle but im still about 5 seconds faster on it than on my 85.  

my dad has an 03 200exc and i have to say that bike is awesome

I have a 98 exc200. It sat in some guys garage for 5 years before I bought it. I've been trying to find that blue jackpiner plastic for it put I can't find it anywhere. Does anyone know where I can find it? I know im bringen this thread back from the dead but I've looked everywhere. I live in Boise, ID
