I started having problems with this bike not to long after i got it at first i had to get a new ignition coil for it after that started fine, ran fine, then after a few weeks it started having problems bogging out when it hit the power band i just figured that since the bike hadn't been ran in a while i just need to either try to run the crap through the carb or take the carb off an clean it so i ran it through did fine for a couple days but soon after that i was riding then it just died on my it felt like it was to hot but there was still plenty of coolent in the system... so i though i might have fouled a plug so i put a new one in an it still wont start still has good compression theres no signs of any heat seize so im stumped now out would appreciate the insight........

i would have to get a tester for the plug an the compression first but it seems to have good compression i will check into the actual diagnostics later when i get the equipment i need, but there is a gas on the plug an is bit of oil build up around it to

I don't think you will need a tester to figure this one out.  Though a tester would come in handy at other times.  I think you are running rich on the main jet.  You are getting a wet plug, and it could be possibly fouled.  Yes you can still run a bike with a fouled plug it just won't run very well.  Before changing anything else I want you to put in a new plug.  Be sure to keep at least three on hand at all times too.

I bet you the bike will run as good as it did the first day you bought it with a new plug.  After letting the bike run and heat up with that new plug I want you to pull it out and look at the it and see if there is an oily build up.  This tells me you are running rich.  There is another possibility and you will have to be honest about your riding ability.  How much time do you spend on the pipe with this bike.  If you are a new rider I doubt it is very much time.  Not being on the pipe will cause the bike to clog up because it is not cleaning itself out.  If this is the case then every now and then while you are riding pull in the clutch and rev the bike to clean out the pipe a few times.

ive never had this problem before i know wat you are talkin about when i had my kx 250 never had any issues it bogging out in the powerban i just put a new plug in it earlier today an still for the love of it couldnt get it started but the thing is it should be getting spark theres a brand new ignition coil in it.....could it just be the CDI??? but evening then if it was goin bad wouldnt you be able to still get it started after a few attempts unless it was completely shot
