i said suspension REBUILD. involves going through the ENTIRE forks AND shock. if you have ever felt a worn suspension you would realize the importance of getting a rebuild at least once a year.

if the seals need replaced then its a good chance that they are long overdue for a rebuild.  so you can take cheap course and replace seals and oil or take the correct course and get a rebuild and have a suspension that feels brand new.

but when it does come to a 'rebuild' i have it done professionally.  i don't mess with that.

Elko after the bushings and seals what is left?? When u send ur stuff to factory connection or w/e thats what gets changed...."The Bushings!!".

If ur not getting a re-valve which is removing and replacing shim stacks or having a modification to a dampening rod then all that is changed is bushings, seals and oil and anyone as smart as a fifth grader can handle the job. nk

above the post hit the search button, type in fork oil change, the third post down" how to change your fork oil" has a link to a decent adobe instructional download.
