I found this on ebay, and wanted to know if any of you have tried it. I have found some other boards that have tested it and they all say it works good, and I think I am gonna order it as soon as it gets warm enough here. It says it really is noticeable on the braking bumps. I think that is why I pump up so bad. Thanks.
"I noticed on the indoor track, that I had more control in the rhythm sections, and way better control in the corners. Yesterday at the MX track, I had less problems with the front end washing out in the off camber corners, and on the long tables I did not experience the previous extreme rebounding problems. Guess what, I did not have the arm pump and subsequent cramps that I had last summer. I re-adjusted the suspension, and they felt even more plush! On the other topic, about putting the stuff on, and so forth. I can only say that in your instructions, it says temp must be 70 or higher for proper mixing of chems. That is 100% accurate. I did as most MX lovers would do, and told my wife not to look in the laundry room for a few hours. I did two coats and I could feel with the back of my fingers along the tubes, that friction was greatly reduced. I am going to test it in the next week and see after the weekend of riding and power washing if the tubes still feel (to the touch) to have less friction. Then later in the week I'll test again while riding the MX track again. I do not know what the stuff is, and I can only smell the alcohol, but it does seem to work." Statement by Ebay purchaser Dana in Tennessee
"I am really impressed with how this works. I rode a track that I feel really fast at, so I knew what to look for. I noticed a large difference right away, and I was thinking there is no way that stiction works against the suspension so much. The forks are like night and day difference. I would say if you can't afford getting your forks revalved like I can't. Then get Forslyk. It may not be the same as getting revalved, but it sure makes a big difference. I am definitely faster because I am not worried now about hitting braking bumps. They just disappeared compared to before. It lets me go into corners faster, so I can take them as fast as I do when there isn't braking bumps. The whoops also feel like they are smaller. I know they aren't, but they just feel smoother than they did before. Thanks for everything, I don't know how anyone will live without it. Definitely a great buy." Statement by Ebay purchaser Mario in Houston
"Yeah, they feel a lot slicker and they are way shinier too." 2nd email "I'm currently in the process of trying to scrounge up any money I can to get a new bike. I did however put it on my brothers YZ250 and rode it at a local motocross track. I loved it, it made the braking bumps go away. I love the product and can't wait to get a new bike and put it on it. I'm very confident I can promote your product. In enduro's and harescramble's there are many bumps, roots and rocks to get arm pump on. This product reduces it." Statement by sponsored rider Jordan in Georgia
"We went from the races to some practice tracks in SC. The Forslyk is working great on indoors. I noticed a big change in those times you drop the front end through the whoops. On outdoor I could really only tell a difference on the breaking bumps, but it still helped." Statement by sponsored rider Nick in Tennessee
"I am amazed by Forslyk... I just put the forks back on the bike a few hours ago. and just from sitting on it there was a big difference! After riding: It works... and works good. My RM forks have always seemed harsh in the beginning of the stroke to me, they wanted to run over stuff instead of absorb it. Well this stuff helped that... alot. I rode with it and the forks were too soft as he claimed they would be, so I added 4 clicks of compression and I haven't touched the rebound yet. After I rode with this, things were feeling really good. I don't know why, but I was putting on the power sooner in turns and ruts than before... I guess it gave me more confidence. I am pretty impressed with this stuff. I think that if it cut friction much more I would have to buy a heavier set of springs though. Now I know how much friction is caused by the seals and such... and it's much more than you'd think. This stuff is awesome, and definitely worth the $50 you pay for it." Statement by sponsored rider Alex from Arkansas
"I used it. I had to go 3 clicks on the compression. It works, but how it stays on for a season is baffling to me. It does work! My buddies are using my stuff to test it out for themselves so they better buy the next bottles." Statement by unknown post on Thumpertalk.com/CRF450 section
"I tried the Forslyk and love it!!! It seemed to work great on my 05 RM250. I rode some nasty single rocky technical trails and my bike worked great with your product on it. I want to thank you for making a great easy to install product. Statement by Kyle in Arizona

I saw that on ebay awhile ago too and to be honest it looks like a gimic. Companies come up with stuff like that all the time and say "It's proven to work" because there is no proof that it doesn't work. Spoke savers was a prime example of a company like this. I don't see how putting a chemical on your forks is really going to effect your forks performance, better yet stay on it.
Hopefully one of the DR staff answers this topic so we can see if they've tested it because I'm curious to see also.

But I have found responses on 3 different web sites that all say that it works. i think it is worth a try for only $50. Here are the sites I found them on. www.allthingsmoto.com www.thumpertalk.com and www.dirtrider.net What I was paying attention to, is if it was a new person that just signed up, or if it was a person who was a known poster on that forum, to see if it was an honest post.

Post something back here if you end up getting it to let us know what you think. I'm curious to see if it works and what improvements it makes. Less is more, live poor, die pure.

Ok, I got it in the mail this afternoon, and since I can't ride for the weather. Here is what I did. I put it on. I have to say, the directions are very simple. So I got it on and it is very slick to the touch. Having nothing to do, I decided to test a little. I got out the pressure washer and put soap in it. I ran a steady stream on it for about 20 seconds. then dried the forks off. It was still just as slick. So, I put the sponge to work with some dishwashing soap. That seems like it would take off anything that is a wax or something like that. To my suprise it is still slick. So now all I have left to do is ride and test it. I know it is gonna work, but how much is the question. It is slick, so I would guess it is better than stock no matter what. So far, I would say the $50 is worth it. I will keep you updated when I actually get to ride. I would say maybe MAYBE a week or so, but I am not keeping my fingers crossed.
