how is everyone doing with their traing? i started mine 4 days ago. im doing ok. i just gotta make room for it every day. time has not been a problem yet but its gonna be. im working on making my arm stronger now. it has heald pretty nice. usually when i lift my arm to cover my mouth when i sneeze it feels like its beeing ripped ott my shoulder. earlier today this was not the case. it almost felt non-excistant. but while i was watching walk the line with my family i lifted my arm to sneeze and it felt worse than before. i could not lift my arm for like 2 min. all the parts for my bike should be in by tuesday. so my dad is gonna chech my arm to see if im good to start training to race again. then were gonna train for a week and next friday were goin racing again. then i have to start training for my indoor season a pro source this winter. im planing on doing well in the indoor season. i slid the forks up in my tripple clamps today. so were gonna test that to see how it works. i may actually be able to touch the ground! lol. but to be back on track my training is goin really well and im starting to want to fell stronger. lol. no with all the junk out of my diet and pop too. i fell a little funky but am getting used to it more every day. so how is every one else doing with their training?

Im working my tail off getting into shape!!! Im working out 5-6 days a week with 2 sessions a day. I have been working on my calacetic indurance while improving my over all strength with a focus towards water training. Its not so much a dirtbike related program its intended for military use but it does help with the ability to throw the bike around a little easier and maintain speed a little longer. I think any program that improves overall indurance would be a great tool for training. If I where to start a riding specific program I would look no farther than the good old mountain in the garage and start my training cycle incrementaly.

Come on now!!! I have to spend several days a week doing various length runs and if your telling m that your running 4 hours a day I say that you have set a goal that is nearly impossible to maintain for anything more than a few days straight. I say this becouse I have ran races from the 5k- Marathon distance and the marathon can be ran in 4 hours I know that I couldnt do it 2 days straight, I couldnt hardly do that time twice a week.

Well, I hurt. I just hope i'm not over training. But this old body isn't keeping up with my young mind. I hit the gym 4days a week and try to ride on the weekend. Its hard to ride during the week when you get up at 04:30 to go to work and don't get home till 18:30. And this weekend I have to go to a conference and dwont get to ride again. Some times life just sucks.

We work the same hours, 0700-1600. I go into work at 0700 and from 0715-0915 I do my morning training sessions, Mon-Wen-Fri I do primarly running 10-15k or 1000-2000m open water swims with stretching drills after finish and then move onto calastics. Tues & Thurs 0715-0915 I do water based workouts, 500-1000m swims followed by pushups, situps and pull up drills. On Mon-Fri from 1600-1800 I do high intensity speed calastics followed by high intensity speed swimming or stroke drills covering most technics except the butterfly and then to wrap it up for the day I do several sets of free weight lifts. I am very lucky becouse it is only a 10min walk to work so I dont have to waste alot of time traveling from place to place.

Hey, Don't rub it in, OK!!!! LOL

real beautiful contry you ride in. You are lucky to have it so close. Most of us have to load the bike and drive to find that kind of riding area.
