i have a 1999 CR250R in great condition. it has new tires front and rear, new sprockets and chain, new air filter, avs break away levers, pro circut pipe with fmf powercore 2 exhuast. how much do you think i could get for it in New Mexico

I live in CO, pretty close to NM and this is KBB here for dealers. If selling it you self you might not get what a dealer will can get. The big factor is the economy right now and the holidays are close. Real hard to get good money for something now.

I don't know if this helps but I bought a 2000 cr125 this summer in MN
for 900 clams. It was a clean 1 owner bike with extra jets-bars-sprockets.
came with PC platinum. the 250s were a 100-200 more. I looked at a clean 2nd owner
98 250 for $1000. all bikes were maintained and in great mecahanical order.
new top end etc.
this might be the MN market, but it was in early July when bikes were a year newer and in demand.  

around where i live a 99 cr250 with all that goes for about 2 grand. or that is what they all try to get. not sure what they actually get them for. probably 1600-1700. but i live in maine where everything goes for more money then it should.

go on craigslist and see what they are going for, see what other people are listing a similar bike for. Thats what i'd do anyways
