Was told by my trainer to hit the bike more and peddle like i was racing.
Just a local Gym but cool with that advice.
My knees hurt! But great advice! Stop being a slacker Tony and lets rock!

Yeah, cycling is a great way to get in shape. I found out after a 10 mile up hill ride! I found muscles I didn't know I had! ![]()
