I'm not sure about the jets.

But in terms of oil ratio, you should be running 32:1.

You can go to ProCircuits jetting page and see what standard and recommended jetting specs are?

When was the last time the topend end was rebuilt?
Is the air cleaner clean and not over oiled?
When was the last time the silencer was repacked?

Not having a silencer is bad. You will need to install a silencer first. If it's used, more than likely it's due for a topend.

They are referring to # of turns counterclockwise from slightly seated on the air screw and the brass thingys are the pilot and main jet.

Check and see what jets are in it.  What year is it, what pre-mix and ratio are you using, what type of riding, and how many hours on it as well?
