Wheel, swingarm, linkage, shock bearings. And if you want to pivot bolt on the clutch and brake levers.

Read the manual for your bike. Then throw it out the window as far as greasing. Bikes can come New under greased. The manual will tell you What to grease then do it more often as suggested!

everything. grease everything with a good waterproof lithium grease is that what it is called? anything and everything that moves in my opinion. can't hurt it if you do grease it to much really. just the chain you want to have a lube specified for chains, and beyond that the type of chain you have. as woods said. i wouldn't power wash the bike as this forces the grease out of things and the water in, causing rust.

O I forgot the inside of your kickstart lever. I can't think of any other parts to grease.

Yes grease all bearings and replace all worn bearings even if they are just slightly worn.

I had to pay 500 dollars to get a new wheel because one of the bearings in my wheel blew out and damaged the hub.
