How come I have to retype my Username and password every other time I come here even though I check the automatic sign in box?

It does it to me too. Ive tried resetting my browser and checking the box, and it doesnt work on IE or Firefox on my computer. Actually all three of the computers in my house. It use to work for me a while back, but not anymore. Im just use to it I guess. I couldnt count how many times I've logged onto DR.

You can try resetting your internet browser, IE (internet explorer) or any other one really by going to the tools tab up top, then go to "internet options" then click "delete cookies" and after that click "delete history" then click "apply" and then finally click "ok." Then try it. You may have some luck. Cookies is like your saved passwords and other internet data and your history is self explanitory. Try this, it may work for you. Then after you do that, when you log onto DR, make sure that you check that box "auto login" when you log on.

Or try using Maxthon as your browser and dump IE. Maxthon is more secure, easier to use, offers tabbed browsing so you can keep many pages active at once, and has less of the headaches associated with IE. You can import all your IE favorites into it, as well. Do a Google search for Maxthon. It's free.

I like Mozilla Firefox, but sometimes you have to open certain web pages in IE becuase the webpage is scripted for IE. But this rarely comes up. The only time I have to do this is when putting pictures on the DR message board. If you are good with computers, you may want to try Mozilla. If not, its a few clicks a away from uninstalling.

I like Maxthon better. Much cleaner layout and infinitely customizable. And it isn't even on the virus writers' radar.

One thing that I notice about Firefox is the built in pop blocker is way nicer than IE. I dont know about the one you were talking about, but I guess we just like different things. Mozilla has a bunch of themes you can load and a lot of extra tool bars and other add ons/plugins whatever you wish to call them, and its really simple to use. I like it a lot. And it doenst have all the crap that you dont want, and if you want something special, you can find add ons to your liking which is nice.

Maxthon has all those features, also. I like the way it implements its tabbed browsing. So much more elegant than Firefox and it looks alot like IE so the learning curve and adustment are minimal. Whatever works for you, though. Glad to see you back. How's the new gear working out?

Pretty sweet. I love my helmet and my boots feel good too. Im glad I was able to spend the extra money on a nice helmet. But every time there are bushes hanging over the trail, I cry when I go through them. Haha, just kidding, but I wish that I didnt have to go through the bushes.

I'd like to be on here more, but gosh, I have so much homework its rediculous. I have close to 4 hours EVERY night. Its terrible. Its not hard stuff; its just really time consuming. So thats why I havent been able to get invovled in the 24 hour thread.

Yes, I'm here.  Is anyone home?...  Not sure.

I'm working on getting an answer to this.  I hope to have it soon.
