Can anybody name a web sight that would give me the spring ratesfor my 2000 yz 250? I weight 245 lbs, with out gear on.  Many thanks for help.

go to www.racetech.com they have a spring rate calculator

Not only does racetech have all the spring rate info, but they make an awesome product.  I have Racetech springs in all of my bikes.  They are one of the only companies that actually tests every spring before it gets packaged.
