Can you even find a 250F for $3000? I think you can get more for your money if you try looking for a 200sx. I dont think that you will be able to find a nice, kept up 250F for around $3000. I may be wrong though. Do you ride trails or track? the 200 would be good for both in my opinion. I would personally look for a 200sx becuase it is a two stroke and I prefere them over four strokes.

i really dont think you would have a problem with any bike; thank to the handy variable speed selector located on the right hand side of the handlebar. but what ever you wish. i would get the 250F becuase thats what i have. i love it. a 200sx may not be enough for you. $3000 is not enough. you may want to wait and save up for a year or 2.

Real men ride 4-strokes. always have.

um.......until you factor in the 2 stroke 4 stroke thing...not really. the 200 may be a bit slower and a little better in the low low range. the 250F has a better top end and will pull harder from mid to top and then to the tippy top. ill get more on the differences for you in a min.

this is for a 200.

When it comes to the crunch, the 200 XC provides riders with good handling, excellent class torque and strong performance - and the tougher the trail, the more the bike likes it.

I think that 200SX looks sick. But that is the 2006 model right? Are you planning on racing or just riding mx? If you are just going to be riding mx, I woudl go with the 200SX because it would still be a good trail bike as well as an mx bike. The 200 is only 50 cc from a 250, so I think that the 200 would run pretty close with a 250F if you know how to ride. Also the 200 is more in your price range.

Also remember that the 200SX is going to have less maintenace than the 250F. Dont forget about that.
