Tires depend upon the venue being tested at.  Some venue may warrant a sticky front with a trails rear, others may warrant a Pirelli MT-32, or a pure rock and mud venue may warrant a Michelin S-12 or Trelleborgs (914/954).

That being said, I suggest putting on a 20" front and 18" rear (anodized black or blue), and running a Bridgestone 201/202 or 401/402 combo with bridgestone (cresent type) mousse tubes.  This combo should work well for WORCS or MX.

Ya, I like the black look. The 756's are nice. That was the last tire that I had. Now I just got a new one, yet to be ridden on =) and it looks like a nice trail tire.

18-rear/20-front
Black Excel Wheels are a plus.

Personally I like the Michelin S-12 front , Kenda Trackmaster Rear combination.

It looks like black excels are favored?  Having TM blood flowing in my veins, I prefer blue rims, they look very sano.  I like black as well.

I see two of us have suggested a 20/18 combo, no one else has commented.  The problem with the 20/18 combo is that it rules out some front tires (such as Pirelli and Michelin, which work best for my local terrain).  So what is the favored choice?  21/19, 21/18, or 20/18?

Also, a WORCS (or GNCC) bike must have foam tubes or tire balls.  Any preferences here?  My only experience is with Michelin mousses.  Most brands have some sort of mousse nowdays.

I haven't commented because I haven't ridden with that combination (20/18) so I can't add to it yes or no.  I have no problems with it though!  I am only voicing comments on things I feel I can contribute too.

I suggested a 20 / 18 earlier only because I had seen it in a previous yz250 off road bike.. My current setup is a 21 - 18 and it works for me, I definately prefer the Michelins fronts

I stand corrected.  I looked online and discovered that the Pirelli mt-32f (virtual copy of the Pirelli mt-83 scorpion pro and simliar to the Michelin s-12) is available in a 20 inch tire.  The mt-44 is not available in 20"

FWIW, I have never used a 20" wheel either.  I just like the idea of a taller tire sidewall and a wider footprint on the ground.
