I am look at these three bikes for a bike that can do everything. If I had to pick a bike on clucth pull I pick the CR250R. But that would be to big of jump form my 150 four stroke to a 250 two stroke my dad said. But it would take a long time to get use to the bike right. I would to have some more info before I get a bike.
Two strokes live forever

Well...I rode a CRF 150 and I still have it to be honest, and I got a 250 2 stroke and made the switch just fine. It wasnt hard at all, I basically got on the bike, took it easy for an hour, then I was back to my old reckless self. I have also ridden a CRF250 and a YZ250F and they are great bikes too. They are a big step in power also, but they are very very easy to get used to. If I were you tho, go with the 250f, I am currently wanting to make the switch to a 4 stroke....your gonna hate me CR, but I just am so used to the 4 strokes power delivery, I am just plain out faster on them. However, the 4 strokes do have more maintance than the 2 stroke, and if you do get a 2 stroke, it better be a 250..not a 125!!! Its your choice, but if i were you, go for the 250X, or find a used 250 2 stroke.

get the yz125 it is going to be light and you will adapt to it very quickly but, if you wanted a yz250f i would say get that. you would adapt to it quickly too but have more torque then a 125 and not have to mix oil. but its your choice. personally i would go with a yz250f.

Of the 3 bikes you listed to do everything the 250X is best.

If you want it to do a little bit of everything go with the 250X. I went from an 80 to a WR250F and then to a 450 then to a 250 and i just bought a 200EXC, but i think getting a 250 four-stroke would be good because they are really good bikes as a middle bike before the big thumpers of a 250 two stroke if you know what i am saying.

YZ 125 is way better, it is the do it all bike. It is light and has
great suspension, If you throw a pipe on it is the ultimate bike. You can ride it any where on trail on the track and in the desert. You can't take a 250x to the track.
