I didnt say I used dynos to predict the winner of a race... I just like them because they show the HP.

Dynos can show a lot. The only problem is that what comes up on a dyno doesn't always transfer over to the road or dirt. And in a race other things such as aerodynamics come into play.

I just like dynos because you ca see the stats of you bike, and its pretty damn accurate.

you can also re dyno after upgrading parts to see if it did a significant amount of improvement.

but I wouldnt place bets on a car just by looking at its dyno sheet.
