yeah man, I 100% agree on the naming thing.

they are beautiful quads, I hear they are the best stock quad you can get, pretty much race ready right off the lot. they also look very very nice, especially the 09s... one day I will own one

I would love one, but I think if I were to buy another quad it would be a Banshee. I really only ride my quad in the sand anymore, so I might as well get something made for the sand.

Ok think of it this way MM, the longer you hold onto that bike the more its value decreases. The sooner you sell it the more money you can put on a new bike, if you sold it now you could almost pay off a brand new bike. You keep holding onto it the harder its going to get for you to sell it and your going to get almost no money for it. So the more money you have to take out of your wallet for a new bike.

Within the last 4 years the technology on the 4 stroke has skyrocketed. More then just EFI, stronger and better engines, better suspensions, better frames, steering dampers.

a rev box, is just an electrical plug in. it controls the spark and how much rpm your bike can get. your rev limiter? thats it. it allows it to hit higher rpms safely.

It sounds like MM has a lot into his bike though. I bet he would give an '09 a run for its money. Remember, the bike is only as fast as the rider. MM would probably be better off taking an MX school than upgrading his bike.

thats true, but I dont ever plan on selling this bike. I know I will lose money so I may as well keep it till its 100% dead than part it out.

I figure I can only sell my bike now for around 5500$ CAN maybe, which isnt worth it as its cost me nearly 9000$. ill keep it and give it to the gf when I get a new one.

I know the technology is changed a lot, but I dont think I would really notice it, I dont race. im just an idiot who finds a steep hill and pins it!

nah, not trying to brag but im a pretty good rider, and all of my friends would vouch for me. my biggest weakness are the bikes suspension and turns to the right, I cant do them sharp. Ive always been scared of right turns and especially cuz I broke my right knee. even on a skatebord and mountain bike, I for some reason cant spin to the right (clockwise)

nah, its fine, I see his point. I said I wanted a fast bike, and he listed the fastest MX bike you ca possibly make at this time.

I just cant wait to race my 05 450 against an 08 or 09 450!!!!!

sanders you must have missed at least half my posts. I have been telling him this whole time what to do to get more out of his bike while at the same time trying to pump the new bike.
