i need some opinions on what bike i should buy...i ride trails and im 5.6 125 pounds.  

Maybe a WR250 or if i were u i'd get a KTM200XC

is the wr powerful ....more powerfull than a cr 125

the wr250f makes about the same peak hp as a yz85, its a yz250f motor, but they cork it up alot which really hurts the power  

My dad has a WR250F and it is faster than an RM125 because my friend has one, but i have a KTM200EXC now and i love it. it is an awesome bike

I say, keep it as light as possible.  Also, given your height, I would consider seat height as well.

Your riding ability plays a major role in the selection process as well.  It sounds like you may be too short for the YZF.  If you're a decent rider, I'd consider the YZ85.  This bike is super light and has a lot of poop too.  It also has a good seat height for someone your size, but still has lots of suspension to keep it real.  Check out the other offerings the Japan market has in this class.

If that is too much of a race bike for you, then I would look at the TTR line.

Either a xr650 or a ktm 525 exc, you'll have the time of your life as long as you can reach the brakes. hahah just messin with ya i would say a 2006 Yamaha Yz250f fastest 250f out there and more reliable than the honda.  

i'd say buy a 125, they can be had cheap used and you should be able to grow into it

actually the ktm 525 has the same seat height as all the other bikes 36.4  

umm.... my dad rides his yz250f four stroke on trails he loves it! he just got a fmf turbinecore 4 spark arressor & its great!  

can the guy even touch the ground on a full size bike? If not, I think you should think about a KX100 or a YZ or KX85

if u r 5.6 a good bike for u would be the honda crf 230 or the yamaha 230. they r great for trails and they can go slow or fast.

i got a YZ250F when i was about 5'7" and it was awesome it just took a little while to adjust to the height buts its not bad at all and i ride mostly trails
