98 yz 125 i dont want to do stock gearing i maby just want to drop it to a 13 52 so i can gain some speed

right, but i thought u said u don't know what stock gearing is on ur bike. If u look at dennis kirk it will tell u the stock gearing then we decide where u should go.

like my 97 is 13-49 stock and i run 2 teeth in the rear for 13-51 12-49 suks. and 14-49 suks also. 2 teeth seems to b perfect. every where except on long straight tracks  where i think 13-49 (stock) or 13-48 is good.

Looks like the swing arm should give out.  I used to watch them with me dad, seemed like a lot of Harley back then.

Someone elses set up isn't always going to work for you especially if its a different bike. You need to find some cheap sprockets and just try different combos.
