Did you figure out how to save the vid to your comp.? Is it saved to Windows Media? You need to find where your WM files/folders are stored on your computer.

Since it played in Windows Media Player I can assume it is saved in there?  How would I go about finding where my WM files are stored?

To figure out the size of the video go to your computer to view the file. Right click on the file then go to the drop menu section that says "properties" and left click it. This will tell you the size and type of video file.

Most if not all of my audio and pics are in userdata. With most file you are given an option of creating or choosing a folder to store files in. Maybe you have already found them. If not, maybe you should look in documents and settings first.

That file is too big for photobucket. You need to setup the youtube account.

okay, did the set up, but now I can't figure out how to upload a video.  Wait, now I found it.  Okay, but when it has the "browse" option, I look through everything, but no luck

Do you know what folder you saved the video in?

No I don't.  When I first connect the camera into the computer, it brings up an "F" disk, but later when I attempt the upload, that "F" disk dosen't come up.

Do the same thing with the right clicking that you did earlier. It will give you the location (folder) you originally saved it in.

Okay, the "removable disk F" comes on when the camera is plugged into the computer with the usb cord.  So I am able to upload into the youtube account (doing it now).  How do I then bring the video onto this forum?

By the way, when I try to delete some video or transfer it to a different file, it says it is write protected, and can not do it.  How do I eliminate the "write protection" status of a video file?  Or is this a bad thing to do?

RidingTheRockies:
Most of the time if you connect a devise to a computer it will automatically bring up a transfer window (most digial cameras do this) If not the attach it to your computer, click start menu click on my computer and then the removable disk the its attached too. Save it to your computer. Then you should be able to download it to PB or youtube.

Well I managed to download the video to youtube while the camera is stilled attached to the computer, but I still can't save it to the computer for later viewing or access.  How might I do this?

I do this, and can see the file it is supposedly saved in, but later when I browse for it, I can not locate this file...(am I a complete dunce or what?!)
