Does anyone know why my 125l is over idling. We ajust the idle screw to the right spot but after i rev it high multiple times it stays idling high.

Shut your choke off? Throttle response is set correctly? cables are lubed and not sticking? Idle jet is correct?

From your description you may have an air leak (or a sticking carb slide). I am taking it that when you blip the throttle instead of the idle returning to normal its hanging high?
If it hangs high for a bit and then settles down, that points to a lean condition which could be :1) its just jetted too lean, or 2) you have an air leak somewhere. Places to check are where the carb boot attaches to the cylinder, that the carb clamp that holds it attached to the boot is tight (on cylinder and air cleaner side) and that carb top etc is secured.
If it won't settle down unless you play with the throttle it could be your slide is hanging or sticking in the carb causing it. Without hearing it its hard to say.
