i just bought an 05 YZ250F and i was wondering if u guys had any break-in tips other than wut the manual says?

Well, just change the oil and filter, put in a new spark plug and you should be fine. If i was you, i would try to change the oil on my bike as much as possible, it will help protect you from having any major ploblems. And after a couple of months check your valves, make sure they are shimed propably.
