Hi, i ride a Suzuki RM125, recently i came off in some deep water, i have since cleaned out the air box, carb, cylinder head, piston and replaced gaskets. When i've come to start the bike up the kick start just won't move down at all. PLEASE HELP, (can't go another weekend without riding).

If you take the head off can you move the piston up or down? If not take the cylinder off, does the crank spin freely?

Got it sorted, crank was seized up a bit but all i did was ran with the bike, got a bit of speed up then banged it into gear. After 3 or 4 runs the crank came unstuck, BONUS!!! Cheers for the help.

I would heed that as a warning of some possibly bad issues in the lower end.

i wouldnt put it back together. It wont last long the crank bearings are just going to seize up or disinigrate. your not gonna wanna have to take it all apart again after tearing it down twice already
