New bikes always foul plugs, because your breaking them in. But also, you might want to change your jetting, because it might be running a little rich. But im not the best with fouling plugs topics, so im sure secondstring or ride cr will give you a hand.

i think that the stock plug should work just fine. i dont knwow that much about the oil that you are using. is the oil synthetic or not? are you are running a different type of oil than was recommended by your bikes manual, then the jetting might not be set right. maybe the bike's jetting was set up form the factory for a petroleum based oil and you have decided to run a synthetic. i dont really know, but you might want to check that out. so if you want to keep running that oil, then you might have to re-jet your bike.

Seeing as the bike is brand new I would take it to the dealership and ask whats going on. Sounds to me like your carb settings are off. It could be anything from your jetting, air/fuel mixture, to your needle position. What altitude do you live in? Most bikes are set up to be ran at sea level.
Less is more, live pure, die poor.
