First off suspension is all a matter of opinion. Definately put some time on the bike before you decide to run more/less oil softer/stiffer springs front or back. your manually probably recommends about 5 hours or so. Then set up race sag. Then dont be afraid to change the settings depending upon the track; note what you liked and disliked. Hard pack and sand tracks can have a large effect on what type of rebound you will want to keep the bike plush on small bumps yet trackable on larger whoops and jumps. Overall read your manual it has a lot of helpful advice. Rebound is tricky and can be easily misconstrued. Make small adjustments of about 1 or 2 clicks, and never change two or three different settings at one time b/c youll be confused at what might and might not of worked for you.
