I have a 99 husky CR250 without a motor. Will a motor out of a honda fit into it? Does anybody have a motor i could buy?

I don`t have a motor to give you but most likely a honda 450 motor will fit if it has a wide enough engine slot.

I trust when you say "fit" you mean bolt in. No, or at least I would be shocked. Part out that chassis and get a complete bike. And that advice is from someone who actually has a spare Honda 250R engine.
