We used half Coysia and is spreading nice.

I use half "crab grass" and half weeds to fill in the bare spots. lol

you even have water plants already. You've been very busy indeed. Nice job, I'm hesitant to start any new projects right now. I want to finish my shop this summer, and maybe get the hayloft converted to a poker room for next winter
