Front fork leak?

My sons 2001 65 sx is leaking a small amount of fluid from the the bolt ont he bottom of the fork arm as near as I can tell. I torn it apart and there isn't any seals that I can replace. Any suggestions on why its leaking or what I can do to fix this issue?

use some teflon tape upon reassembly then fill up them forks. It must have dirt or debris in the threads or its crossthreaded

i'll give it a try. Any idea on the capacity of fluid a single fork takes?

I dunno usually you can check w/ a kawasaki dealer over the phone.

I used your little trick and so far its workign flawlessly. Have had a chance to get him out on it really hard yet as I'm still waiting for shaft seal to fit the water pump issue. Thanks for the help.

Worked great for about a week. I got home today and I had a little spot in the garage. Looks like its leaking again. Any other suggestions?
