sounds like you need to re-jet. i am not very good with carbs so that i as far as i can go. but for the people that can help you, they are going to need to know what you have in there right now. what is your.. needle position? main jet? pilot?

We can help you out on hear all day, but you wouldn't understand what were talking about if you don't know what all the jets and everything are. My suggestion to you would be to get a manual read it. Research on the internet here everything you can. Sorry not trying to sound rude. Heres a start buddy.

Sorry.  You've been speaking with my so, who is 14.  He recently bought the bike.  I am fairly sure it is stock, never been re-jeted, No aftermarket.  I can't seem to get the carb setting adjusted out.  Under load / acelerating, the bike is "sputtering" / "hesitating".  Not getting enough or too much gas.  I think it is too much.  Plug is slightly wet.  Plug is probably old.  Guy he bought the bike from said he thought he might have mixed gas at 50 to 1.  We drained and mixed new at 32 to 1 (89 octane).  Could an older plug fire OK but be "iffy" under a load?  The "low" adjustment on the carb I am setting at about 1 and 1/2 out from seated.  High side adjustment is almost seated, perhaps about 1 and 1/2 to 2 out.  Trying to be careful not to lean it out too much to avoid sticking it.  After two or three hard rides, plug is still slightly wet.  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

i think you might not be able to clear this up from outside the carb. you might need to rejet. i'm not a carb person as i've mentioned.

another thing to keep in mind is perhaps your power valve is stuck. a power valve opens at around 7 thousand rpm or so, gives the bike more exhaust room to open up on top end. might want to clean that.
