Cool photos MITKOVVV.  I'm enjoying them.  As a side note your english is more readable than some of the regulars on here.

GREAT writeup!  Thanks for taking the time to post the info and pics.

I have an '08 XC-W 250 that I just bought in January with 280 miles (I forget how many hours) and now have 700 miles.  It's a great bike!  No problems at all, but I don't ride it as hard as you do.

THANKS FOR GOOD ANSWERS
250XC WERY GOOD BIKE TOO FREND OF MY HAWE AND I RIDE REGULARY .AND HELP HIM TO MANTAIN
SILENCERS OF THE 200 AND 250 IS ABSOLUTLY LIKE TWINS
LIKE I SAY THE BEST AND EASY WAY TO MANTAIN THIS SILENCER FOR MY IS
THIS FROM MOOSE RACING

ITS REDY FOR INSTAL WERY QUIK AND EASY I BAY FROM DENIS KIRK COM
ITS LIVE FOR MY RIDING ABAUT 100 HOURS IF YOU RIDE SLOWLY IN THE WOODS AND WITH RICH JETTING THE LIFE IS SHORT AND WHEN GET DIRTY WITH THE NOT GOOD BURNING OIL YOU FEEL DEGREASE IN THE POWER IN THE LOW AND MID RPM

THE ONLY PROBLEM WITH THE BIKE FRAME WHO I FAUND IS THE CRACK OF HOLDER FOR KIKSTAND THIS ALSO HOLD LOW SLIDER FOR CHAIN BUT I EASLY FIX THIS

MAYBE INTERESTING FOR YOU I RIDE THIS BIKE IN THE BEST MOTOCROSS TRACK IN THE WORLD TOO

AND THIS IS AGAIN FROM LOCAL TRACK

I FOUND NOW IN THE FILES TOGETHER WITH THIS FROM SEVLIEWO

o..not ewery from this 300 hours is too hard ..
maybe 40% or more ist just play riding /my bike also hawe license plate and i some thime go to the job with him or to the cafe/ and when i play ride..im not prety strict with the maintain 1 thime i ride 20hours whidaut clean air filter
but i newer forget to put oil in the gas    and i put abaut 1/30 or 30ml oil for 1 liter gas i use only sintetic oils -motorex cross power and silkolene sx pro comp
and i grease swing arm bearing only 1 thime    for all this 300hours
but bike is fresch now and i enjoy with ..

and i must to say pages of DIRT RIDER  help my a lot for ideas and setting
in 1 old edition from august 2005 i found test on MALKOM SMITH - EXC200 and mine is 07 but carb same and i copy setting from test and this work wery good in my bike too.
Genuine main jet is 162 for 05 and 07 model but Malkom put 168 to rich full trotle and i think to protekt engine when work wide open
but same thime Malkom put needle down 1 step to clear 1/2 open trotle and to give better and quik respons its wery good idea bekause from factory this bike go too rich in low and mid and lean in wide open also this test maybe give my abaut 70% idea to buy 200 bekaus ewery test rider an also Jimy say this is wery good and fun bike to hawe

..sory realy for wery bad englich
