YZ125 Hole in the side of the gass tank!!!!!!!!how to fix it??????????

hey guys i am going to get the old 1982 yz125 that runs. there is only one problem with the bike it has a hole in the side of the gas tank how would i fix a hole in the gas tank besides buying a new one. if that is the only option the buying a new one i shall. do you guys know any sites where you can buy old dirt bike parts????? get back to me plz

They have a product that is called plastic weld. Some hardware stores carry it. It works pretty good.

ok heres a pic all i have is the owners pic of the bike because i wanted to ask this question befor i went and picked up the bike so these are the only pics i have ok.
thats really the only good pic of the tank i have. but you can see the hole for sure

that's a big farkin hole man. I'd get a new tank cause really it's not worth the pain in the arse cause it'll probably start leaking again anyways. I just ordered a tank from http://www.justgastanks.com along with a petcock and gasket kit. I gave specific instructions and they we're very quick to get back to me and inform me of everything I needed to know. I'd also get a rear fender cause it really sucks riding without one.Specially if it's wet OMG

they dont have the right year of tank for me so then what do i do plz help me lol i really need help finding one lol i have been look for he last 2 hours and i got nothing so help???

i looked on that site at the 1982 yz250 tank and it looks exactly the same as the yz125 take a look if you have the time i would like your opinion too if you dont mind

I paid which you wont believe me barly anyone does i paid $4000 for it with 2hrs on the motor. but j-law took some of his stuff off like my clutch lever is stock and it use to be a sunline clutch my fork springs are aftermarket and really nice my mechanic said but my shafts are not a super nice pair of RG3's like they use to be there uhhhhhh damn i forget if i remeber i will tell ya there not stock shafts but there no Rg3 lol but every thing else is basically custom or aftermarket, the rims on the bike are just stupid cool i think there pro wheel race sieres with pro wheel talon black racing hubs i like it but anyways what do you ride???? and how do you like the bike you ride are you a guy or a girl i cant tell but your profile pic is of a women i just was not sure lol but anyways have a super 4th!!!!!!!

i ride a xcr125 and chuds mom as my backup. im a guy AHAHAH. i dont do 4th thing im not a yankee but i still partied hah

HAHAAHAHAHAHA thats funny is that like a pick of chuds mom then on your profile pic right by where it says maple anyways hope you had a good day yesterday because you dont do the whole 4th thing. all we did yesterday was stay at home and made shishcabobs i dont know if that is really doing anything for the 4th but thats all we did lol!!
