How many hours do you have on your topend(piston, rings cylinder)?

welcome to the forum and let me guess its coming out of the exhaust pipe in the coupling between the header pipe and the silancer ? and its a black oily sludge ? if so id take the pipe off (the whole thing) and clean it out with like engine degreaser or somthing does your pipe have and dents in it it could be getting restricted and getting built up of sludge
hope this helps

I would just get OEM parts. They're alot cheaper and work just as good as wiseco. The only thing is that the manufacture doesn't have a kit.

id clean that exhaust pipe out and see how it goes after that it would be better than going out and doing a top end if it doesnt need it

ya i just had to clean my 2 stroke pipe out. what i did was take the whole thing off sparyed starter fluid down there just the header pip and lit it on fire that will burn up any carbon or excess oil left in the pipe. make sure you are in an open area where nothing cancatch on fire. that totally hellped me and i thoght i needed a rebuild to. try this first. what you can use is meguiars scratch X and meguiars 67 boat polish. and if it is really bad get 3M polish its a tan/light light brown color and that will make that pipe look like new. and if you can get old of a buffer you can get a factory shine buffers are SICK!!!!!! i know all this because my dad is a professional boat detailer.

and as far as cleaning out the pipe of oil and carbon regular gas no premix and light that on fire or before that spray WD-40 in the pipe. then dumb gas down there and then light it the WD-40 will break up the carbon like its nothing. or if you dont have WD-40 gas will work good not as good as gas and WD-40.
