The best way to find the proper sized beginners for you is to go into a reputable bike shop and talk with an experienced rider. He/she should ask you LOTS of questions about what kind of riding you expect to do, how often and what YOU expect out of your bike. They should take into account your size AND weight. And dont be afraid to ask ALL the questions you think might be relevant. If he/she cant, or wont, answer your questions, move onto someone who will.
