I hadn't done a lot of hills before then, so I was not prepared. and I didn't know what was at the bottom. So I braked too much the first lap. I found you could turn at the bottom if you drive the back tire into the fluff at the bottom and keep a little of the momentum.

We are using a different tire now.. We are using a Perilli now. I am not sure of the exact type but I will look today.
