it might be a lil harder to jump because of the weight, but the suspention will save you way more than a 140's on a bad landing. Here's the specs on both bikes, including the seat heights. 2007 CRF150F specs

The older model KX/RM100 2-strokes are exactly the same. Kawasaki is the only one that currently makes the 100 now, but if you're riding it for trails, it is not that good. It's great for jumping, etc. but it would be a hard bike to learn on for trails, although a few would argue this point. I'm 5'6" and have a CRF150R Expert, and it is actually a decent bike on trails, more so than the 100 2-stroke. I would actually highly recommend this bike, as you are looking for a smaller bike, but a jumpable one. You could get a used Honda CRF150R Expert (or CRF150RB<--->Big Wheel, they are the same bike) for around 3 grand, and it would suit you're needs, as long as you are willing to put in the time to maintain it. It is lighter then the other bikes you have suggested, other than the 100. I think it would be a pretty good bike for you

For a first bike, with minimal experience. I would get a 2-stroke 125cc. Probably, in my opinion, one of the greatest first bike ever. Not the tamest bike around, but you will learn A LOT fast.

the kx100/rm100 are very fun bikes and so is the 150r. I'm over 6' with boots on and I still LOVE riding them.

The correct bike for your size is a 125 2 stroke. Don't make the same mistake as me and buy a smaller bike because its fun to ride because once you start wanting to do serious riding it will do you no good. All my 80 is good for is straight dirt trails. The KX100 is the same size in seat height as the 230 and 150f. Its a mid-size frame but you really should be on a full size.

2 strokin till I die. Which I hope aint soon.
