Goddamnit! once again... pipe is all sealed and it ran fine for the better part of the morning, ran mint, was pulling it up in 5th easy with not clutch or anything.. but then i went through a trail, hit open dirt road and tried to open it up and bogggggg... almost cut out on my once. what is it!!! i have good gas in it, a good plug, my plug is reading fine for jetting, my air filter is clean, i'm getting spark. and my compression is good. i'm going on right now to check my reeds.

shoot pat i am sry for ya dude. i cant beleive after you fixed the pipe it is still bogging on ya. what could it be......it has to be like chud said the power valve or somthing because if you did all that stuff you listed then sounds like your bike should be running prime right now. did it bogg in all gears or was it just 5th????

all gears, i have 6 btw... and i'm thinking it is powervalves, the bike ran great after i hit the pipe with the mallet, maybe that knocked the pv loose at the same time??

ya pat then i would check that it probly did shake it up a bit and on the bumpy road it probly rocked the hell out of that valve. so if you have time that would be my next guess but after that if it is still doing that then man i am so confused.

i'm not sure how i'm going to check if it is the pv... i can take it out and clean it again but that won't do anything really but clean it, it won't tell me if it is or not... damnit.

i was just saying could it be knocked funny or could it be looks by chance. i wouldnt think it would be dirty if you just cleaned it.

it is my powervalve, it was sticking on something in the port there, i put a rasp in there and filed it down, remnants from my blow up i think, then i sanded it down and now i only sticks like, once every half our or so it seems. good enough for me right now! thanks guys, chud, alex...

is was the PV nice job pat your doing great. i thought you were going to say the PV was fine then i was going to be like WTH could it be. lol glad ya found it.
