08 RMZ SPROCKET PROBLEMS??

ive got a 08 rmz 250, but the rear sprocket keeps coming loose after every ride... ive used lock tight but that doesnt work either,
when i bought it from the dealer the sprocket had rm 125 written on it
has any body else got this problem and what have u done to stop it?
or
any ideas on how to stop this happening??
appreciate the adivice

A bent sprocket will loosen up bolts that have been loctited.
