i just rebuilt the top end but did not mark the timing.,..
can somebody walk me threw putting the chain and valives on the correct area of the sprocket.....

just give me a simmple how to do list..


i have the repair manual on order ,,, but it won't be here for 10 days..

the cylinder & piston are in amd put together..
the valaves where never removed just the cams and rockers where removed at tear down....

There should be a plug on the stator cover(left side trans cover) that reads TDC. Get it aligned. There should also be a set of dots on the cam-sprockets and possibly a set of marks on the upper cam holder plates. They should all align, and as far as I know you could down load a PDF manual online to reference this or go to a Suzuki forum and register and search the topics for timing a RMZ-250
