suzuki and ktm Supermoto bikes

[bold]Why is it that everyone coming out with a super moto bike is only a 250 or 230 for Honda. I know KTM and Suzuki are the only ones 400 or higher sm bikes.i am not up to date with husky or Husabergs. Are they just seeing how sales go or are they looking for more rider friendly learner bikes..And it seems none of my instructors at MMI know either. And did you guys here about the 2010 maico's coming out..now that's awesome..  

i think supermoto isn't a huge market yet....they're looking to see how it goes...

from what i understand, a lot of supermotos are custom machines...i would bet that people still prefer to make them instead of just buy one.

Are super motos the ones that look like dirt bikes but have street bike tires??? AND THERE BRINGING BACK MAICOs thats great!!!

it's like small street tracks...like go kart tracks.  sometimes there's a dirt section...but yea, you race them similar to street bikes.

well instead of scraping knees their scraping pegs and drifting them..i guess its more mellow style of moto gp if you will..But
www.motocrossaction.com has the maico info on their website..there making a 500 2 stroke, maybe honda and kawi will bring back their but highly unlikely. it's cool they might bring it to the states but i don't really like how it looks but it would be real nice to have and is that a tc510..what ever happened to cannondale

Then they sold the crap line to ATK.  Used to think ATK was cool, but now...not sure.  Why they would want to soil their quality name with that line, they probably got the line for free.  But Maico making a come back with a man's bike,now that's good news!
