im nearing the time to do a top end on my bike and i was wondering if anyone has any opinions on wisecos standard top end kit vs the racers choice kit??? i think the racers is a single ring piston vs standard 2 and does it require sleeving?...if so i dont want it. just looking to get the most performance without added risk of wrecking anything. any thoughts...

no resleeveing does not have 2 b an option. if ur cylinder is in good shape u can just rering it or get a new piston. I always use weisco, but some guys prefer OEM.

if ur cylinder has damageu have the option of over-boreing , but it will then have 2 b replated and the ports will have to b rematched.

however, in either case (such as re-sleeveing and over boring) the ports will need 2 b rematched.
