These might be why

2. I used octane booster
3. i am using yamalube 2s i know im not supposed too
4. i used honda hp2 gear oil Half 20w50 half 10w30 oil
5. Has been sitting with old gas
6. Ratio is too lean
7. I fouled the plug
8. the killswitch is stuck on
9. needs new top end

Chud said what he did because all of those are problems! you cant mix 20-50 & 10-30? what were you thinking? drain it before you burn something up.
BEEN SITTING WITH OLD GAS you clogged a jet clean your carb

warm it up or you will cold seize it
change the plug
un plug the kill switch if you arent getting spark to see if that gets you spark
what was your ratio? unless you locked it up or holed a piston i doubt your ratios to lean
clean the carb any ways it probably has old gas in it
get a compression tester & check your top end PSI if its below 130 rebuild top end checking all clearances along the way

did you really need some one to tell you that? thats the un abridged version of what chud said

ok i had a half a bottle of hp2 10w30 and a half bottle of 20w50 so i mixed them which are the same thing only thicker
how do i drain old gas?
plug is at a hard angle to take off
the guy sayed it was at 44:1 ratio
it is not siezed it kicks over and doesnt skid in neutral when pushed
i am pretty sure it wasnt warmed up or it fouled plug but i dont know why it would foul the plug when i accelerate

Turn your fuel off, take the hose off your petcock, have something to drain the fuel into and turn the fuel back on and it should come out. NOTE: you may want to leave the fuel hose on the petcock and take off the other end that way it's easier to drain.

And if you can't take the spark plug off, how do you know it's fouled out???

here.

to remove the spark plug grab a small crescent wrench and loosen it up. if it's like mine it's easiest on the right side. it's gonna be a tight fit but you'll get it. if it's black get a new one.

the carb is easiest if you first drain the bowl. take out the drain plug on the bottom. on my minuki i can get the main jet out through this opening.

Casey was right on the gas tank.

kill switch i kind of doubt but it's a possibility

top end is the last thing i would do. it's probably something stupid and you might as well try the cheap stuff.

drain that tranny oil and get one viscosity of oil. don't mix them and don't use below 10W40.

make sure you let the bike warm up properly. i let mine run with the choke on until it quits running then i turn off the choke and just give it a little gas. then when it revs smoothly and right as soon as i hit the throttle i know it's ready to go.

worst comes to worst you might need a top end.
