WEll i race cross country/enduro races on my built up kdx 220r and i would recommend alpinestars boots by far best out there and either fox or shift riding pants gloves and jersey.. hopes this helps ya always gotta help my two stroker buddies

Big names like Fox, alpinestar, thor, six six one, shift, MSR, answer racing etc. these are brands that you can't go wrong with really. Good luck.

Like timmyboy said, all the major manufacturers make decent gear including oneal.  They all have different quality levels and they are priced accordingly.  Buy the best you can afford.

Bell or shift makes decent cheap ones but you want a really good light helmet it will be 100$ plus

Buy one of the names brands that are big.. all gear is pretty much the same way.. the more you pay the better it is lol so your pretty much dependent on your budget lmfao.

Just remember, to not cheese out on the helmet and boots because the mid-upper level gear does ofer a lot more protection than the extremely cheap ones. Best of luck

oneal gear is top nottch stuff for durability,might not be cutting edge but its as tough as nails
