Alrite so i was searching google and found that people put tennis balls in their tires instead of tubes so you cant get flats. What do you guys think about it?

I have not heard of this, was someone you know watching Nitro Circus? Haha. Tennis balls inside your tires would really screw up your landings, and your rims - I would think. A lot of stuff could go wrong.

I think it was (is) Michelin, but they make (made) a setup that uses hard rubber disk's (they aren't fulley round) for no-flat dirt bike use. From what I recall they worked ok as in no flats, but did ride weird compared to a tube and were supposedly very hard to get installed right.
I would think tennis balls would be way to soft to work right.

But if you had a lot of balls they would absorb and spread out the weight. I think its worth a try. A couple of cans isn't more than $5 a can. I say give it a shot and let us know how it goes.

the only thing ive heard of remotly close is tire balls which from what i hear are really good, but hard to install. Id think tennis balls would be too large and would give a wierd feeling.

I am sure someone has tried it. People will do the craziest things.

Play this video. It is the inventor of tire balls saying he used tennis balls to develop the idea.

It only works for front tires. Like tire balls the tennis balls are hard to install -- sort of like changing a tire with the air still in the tube. I don't know any rider who does this that isn't racing. I think the tire and all of the tennis balls get ruined in one fast race, but it keeps you from getting front flats. Tire Balls work better and are made for front and rear wheels, but the tennis balls are a cheap way to go for the front. When you pull the tennis balls out the fuzz is worn off from the heat. For an average guy this doesn't make sense.

I fill my tires with dead rats, so far Ive only gotten 1 flat...
Seriously, wrap your old tube with the new tube, and it will last very long.
